Our Camembert & Cheddar Cheese spread has a rich, creamy flavor with a slightly nutty and earthy undertone. Soft, buttery, salty with hints of cheddar. A fantastic cheese for pairing with a wide variety of wines, but we love it with sparkling and still white wines. . The cheese is shelf-stable and perfect for gift baskets, charcuterie sets, or on a shelf in a tasting room. We recommend serving chilled, refrigerate after opening.
