Refund policy

• Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us. We do not send return labels. Return shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Returns must be post marked within 7 days of the date you receive your shipment along with the original packing slip
• For damaged items please email admin@beckmangallery.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. All damages must have photos attached of the broken item.
• Your original payment method will be used to refund you within 7 days of receiving the item at our store, providing all requirements listed above are met.
